The business is called Later and we are based in Vijayawada. You can find us on Kavurivari Street, which is in the Satyanarayana Puram area. The address is 23-25/1-21. It’s a bit of a mouthful, but once you’re on the street, it’s not too hard to spot us. We have been here in Andhra Pradesh for quite some time now. The office is pretty simple. We don’t have any expensive furniture or anything that looks like it belongs in a movie. It’s just a place where we sit down and get things done. The street outside can get pretty loud during the day with all the bikes and people walking by. We are used to the noise though. Inside, we just focus on the work. We don’t have any big meetings about vision or anything like that. We just look at what needs to be done today and we do it. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot of work, and other times we leave early if things are quiet. It’s a very flexible and honest way of working. We know the people in the shops nearby and we usually chat with them when we go out for a break. We aren’t trying to be something we’re not. We are just a local business in a busy part of the city, trying to keep things moving along.
