Krishna Traders

Running a business like Krishna Traders here in Singh Nagar keeps us on our feet all day. We are located on Dabakotha Road in Vijayawada, which is a fairly active part of town. Most of our day is spent checking the stock and talking to people who come in looking for supplies. It isn't a quiet office job; there is always something to move or a list to check twice. The weather in Vijayawada gets really hot, so the afternoons are a bit slower, but things pick up again once the sun starts to go down. We have been in this spot for a while and have gotten to know the other shopkeepers around us. Our space is filled with bags and boxes, and it can look a bit messy sometimes when a new shipment comes in. We don't have fancy displays or anything like that. It's just a practical place for trading. Sometimes the phone rings non-stop and other times it is just us sitting there waiting for the next customer. We handle the paperwork ourselves, which can be a bit slow since we aren't experts at it. People know us by name, and we like it that way. It’s just about getting the work done and making sure we have what people are asking for. It gets a bit loud with the traffic nearby, but we don't mind much. We've got a small fan that helps with the heat.
