Kadali Infotech is based at 41 Thimmapuram Main Road. We’re right there where everyone passes by, so we see a lot of the local life every day. Our office is a simple setup where we handle all sorts of computer work and tech stuff. We aren't one of those massive companies with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us sitting at our workstations. The main road can be pretty loud with all the buses and bikes, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. We started this place because we saw that people in the area needed someone local to help with tech issues without having to travel too far. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of being here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away. Our desks are usually covered in notes and old mugs. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We wear regular clothes and talk to people like they’re our neighbors, because usually, they are. If someone has a question about a website or some software, they just walk in. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anything like that. You just walk in, find someone who isn't too busy, and tell us what you need. It’s practical and it works for us.
