Hospital

We have been here at D.No-9-71 in Avanigadda for a while now. People in Krishna district know the spot. It's just a regular hospital where we try to help whoever walks through the door. Sometimes it gets really crowded in the mornings, and the waiting area fills up fast. We deal with all sorts of things, from basic fevers to more serious stuff that needs staying overnight. The building isn't brand new or anything, but we keep the rooms clean and the equipment working. Most of us working here live nearby, so we know the families coming in. It is a lot of work keeping things running 24 hours. There is always something to fix or a supply run to make. We don't have fancy lobbies or art on the walls, just the beds and the medicine people need. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to switch over to the generator quickly. It's just how things go in this part of town. We just focus on getting people back on their feet. If you look for the big sign near the main road, you will find us easily enough. It’s a busy place but we manage. The nurses are usually rushing around with charts. The pharmacy corner is small but stays stocked. It can be noisy with the traffic outside, but inside we try to keep it calm. We’ve seen kids grow up and then bring their own kids here. That’s what happens when you stay in one spot for years. The parking is a bit tight on Mondays.
