Hema Hospital

Hema Hospital is located over at 74-8/1-8/5 in J D Nagar, which is part of the Patamata area. It is a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but once you find J D Nagar, we are right there in that block. Patamata is a crowded part of the city, so there is always a lot of energy around. Our building covers a few numbers on the street, from 8/1 to 8/5, so we have a decent amount of space for what we do. It’s not a brand-new facility, it has that lived-in feel of a place that has seen a lot of people over the years. We are surrounded by other houses and small shops, so it feels very integrated into the neighborhood. People from J D Nagar often just walk over. The street can get a bit narrow when cars are parked on both sides, but it’s manageable. Inside, we keep things simple. We don't have any of those high-tech self-service kiosks or anything like that. We just have a desk and some chairs and we talk to people directly. The afternoon sun hits the front of the building pretty hard, so we usually keep the shutters partially down to stay cool. It’s a very standard, honest kind of place in Patamata. We’ve been here long enough that we feel like a permanent part of the J D Nagar landscape, just doing our daily work.
