Goumet Way

Goumet Way is on the third floor of the Pvt Square building on MG Road in Vijayawada. Being on the third floor means we are away from the immediate dust of the street, but you have to know we are here to find us. We have a small lift in the building that brings people up. The space is not very big, but we have arranged the tables so it doesn't feel too cramped. From the windows, you can see all the cars and bikes moving along MG Road. It is a very busy part of town. We are just a small team of local people. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. We spend our mornings getting the kitchen ready and checking the supplies. Some days the market doesn't have what we need, so we have to change things a bit. Our customers are mostly people who work in the nearby offices or students who want something different to eat. We don't have a big fancy menu. We just cook what we know how to do well. The air conditioning works most of the time, but on really hot days it can be a struggle. We don't do any big advertising. Word of mouth is how most people hear about us. It is hard work to run a place on an upper floor, but we like the view and the people who visit us.
