Executive Development

Our office is located over at Plat No 29 in the Municipal Employees Colony, which is part of the V B Chaitanya area in Vijayawada. It is a quiet enough spot for the kind of work we do here every day. Most days involve sitting down and figuring out how to help people grow in their careers or their small businesses. Executive Development might sound like a big, fancy name, but we are really just a small group of people working out of this simple space. The colony is a nice place to be based for a business like ours. You see the same faces every day, which is good for feeling at home. We started doing this because there seemed to be a real need for it in our town. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations or expensive office furniture. The focus is always on the person sitting across the desk from us. Sometimes we have a lot of people coming in to ask questions, and other times it is just us catching up on all the paperwork. Vijayawada is changing fast these days, and we see that in the different types of people who come to visit us. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep things running as smoothly as we can. If you are near Plat 29, that is where you will find us. It’s a basic setup but it works well for us. We aren't trying to be anything corporate or polished. It's just us doing our best work.
