Abhinandana Housing Pvt Ltd is based here in Vijayawada. Our office is at Drvsrao Drno 2 7A, in the BH Colony area of Ramavarappadu. It’s over in the Rajulabazar section of the Krishna District. The weather here in Andhra Pradesh is usually quite hot, so we keep the AC running as much as we can afford to. The office is full of maps and old files piled up on the desks. We spend a lot of time looking at land documents and talking to people about where they want to live. It’s not like those big real estate firms you see in the movies. We’re just a small group of people working out of a plain building. Sometimes we have to go out and look at sites, which means a lot of driving in the sun. The tea stall down the road is where we usually take our breaks. It’s a lot of paperwork and dealing with the local authorities, which can be tiring. We’ve been in this part of Vijayawada for quite some time now. People come to us because we’re local and we know the streets of Ramavarappadu well. We don't have a fancy lobby with marble floors. It’s just some desks, chairs, and a lot of talk about houses. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone who walks through the door. That is just how we do things here.
