Event Management Praveen B.N.

My name is Praveen B.N. and I run my event management business near the Kaleswara Rao Market. It’s right in the Governerpet area of Vijayawada, which is always full of people and noise. Being in the One Town section means there’s never a dull moment. I started this because I liked organizing things for people I knew. Now, it's what I do every day. My space is close to Kaleswarao, and it’s basically where I keep my notes and take calls. Vijayawada is a place where everyone knows everyone, so a lot of my work comes from people just walking by or hearing about me from a neighbor. I don’t have a huge staff or a shiny office. It's just me and a couple of guys I hire when things get busy. We handle all sorts of events. Sometimes the planning gets a bit messy and I lose my pen, but we always manage to get everything sorted before the start time. I prefer talking to people face-to-face rather than over long emails. It’s easier to understand what someone needs when you’re sitting right there in Governerpet. I’ve spent a lot of time in this market area, so I know where to get the best supplies for cheap. It’s a simple setup, but it works for what I need. I'm just a local guy trying to make sure the events I handle go off without too much trouble.
