We are based in a village called Pidaparthipalem, which is part of the Kollipara Mandalam in Guntur. It is a long way from the big cities, and life moves at a different pace here. Our office is just a simple place in the village where we handle all our paperwork and meetings. You won't find any tall skyscrapers around here, just fields and local houses. We have been part of this community for a long time and everyone knows who we are. It is a bit of a drive to get out here if you are coming from the main town, but we like the quiet. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside and wait for it to come back on. We don't really do much in the way of marketing because in a village like this, word of mouth is everything. If you do a good job, people talk. If you don't, they talk even more. We just try to keep things honest and simple. Our desks are old and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it feels right for us. We just take it one day at a time here in Andhra Pradesh and try to help out where we can. It is a very local way of living and working. People know us, and we know them, and that is how we like it.
