Anvi Technologies is situated in Block B-06, Plot No. 120. We are part of the New Auto Nagar area in Enikepadu. If you’ve ever been to Auto Nagar, you know it’s mostly about machines, workshops, and lots of spare parts. It’s an industrial vibe through and through. Our unit is just one of many in the block. It’s a functional space, nothing fancy. We have some heavy tables and a few computers set up. The floors are concrete and they get cold in the winter, but we don’t mind much. There is always a lot of activity outside with trucks moving and people working in the nearby plots. It can get quite dusty because of all the construction and the traffic, so we have to clean the equipment pretty often. We usually get to the plot early in the morning before the sun gets too high. It’s quieter then. By midday, the whole of Enikepadu is humming with noise. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the technical tasks at hand. There’s always some problem to solve or something to assemble. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. If the bell rings, one of us just wipes our hands and goes to see who it is. It’s a straightforward way to work. We like being in this part of town because it feels like people are actually making things here. It’s a hard-working neighborhood for a business like ours.
