Premiate Ventures Private Limited 011 is located right at House No.69 in Raghavender Colony. We are on the Bhagalkot Road here in the district of Bijapur. It is a fairly busy street most days of the week. Our office is inside a regular house so it does not feel like a big corporate building at all. We have a small team here. Most of the time we are just sitting around the main table talking about the day's tasks. The fans stay on all day because it gets quite warm in this part of Karnataka. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow which is a bit annoying but we deal with it. A variety of things for the business get handled from this one spot. You might see some of us standing outside by the gate during tea breaks. There is a small tea stall just a few steps down the road where we go. Having been in this colony for some time now, the neighbors know us. No fancy signs are out front. It is just a practical space where we come to work every morning. Trying to keep the place organized is hard, and with papers everywhere it gets messy. That is just how it goes when you are busy. Not doing anything grand, just running the operations from here. It is what it is. We try to finish up by six every day.
