Modernlead Multi Trade Private Limited is pretty much run by Mahadev Rachappa Birada. We don’t have one of those big fancy office addresses with a street name you can find on every map easily. We operate more through our contacts and the trade networks we’ve built up over time. It’s a multi-trade setup, so one day we might be looking at one type of goods and the next day it is something completely different. That’s the nature of this business. You have to be flexible and ready for whatever comes your way. We don't have a big staff or a marketing department writing brochures for us. It’s mostly just hard work and staying on the phone. We handle things as they arrive. It’s a very hands-on way to run a company. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming when three things happen at once, but we manage to sort it out eventually. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just want to trade fairly and keep the business growing at a steady pace. Our records show the C/O address, which is where the main paperwork goes. It might seem a bit unusual to some, but for us, it works fine. We’ve found that as long as you do the work right, the location doesn’t matter as much. We just keep our focus on the trades and making sure the logistics don’t fall apart. It’s a simple life but a very busy one.
