Being out here at Survey No. 257 in Shapar can be a bit of a trek for some, but for us, it’s just where the work happens. Creative Forge Pvt. Ltd. sits right near Amiraj Industries on Plot No. 1. It’s hot work, mostly because of the forging process. You get used to the heat after a few years, though. Most of the guys here have been with us for a long time. We start early before the sun gets too high, though the furnaces make sure it stays warm inside no matter the weather. Shapar (Verval) is an industrial hub, so there is always the sound of hammers or engines in the background. It’s a dusty place, honestly. We spend a lot of time just moving heavy parts around and making sure the forge is at the right temperature. Sometimes things don't go exactly to plan and we have to redo a batch, but that's just part of the business. We aren't trying to be the biggest place around. We just want to make sure the stuff we send out is solid. People know where to find us if they need forging work done. We usually have tea together in the afternoon when the power fluctuates or we just need a break from the noise. It’s a simple life, focused on iron and heat. There is no corporate ladder here, just people doing their jobs until it is time to go home.
