Shree Ghanshyam Industries

Shree Ghanshyam Industries is located out in Shapar Village, right in the Rameshwar Industrial Area. It’s part of the Kotda Sangani Taluka. Being out here in the village area means we have a bit more space, but it’s still a busy industrial zone. There are lots of other factories around us, so the air usually smells like smoke and metal. We’ve been here for several years now. We started with just one machine and a lot of hope. Now we have a few more people helping out, but it’s still a small operation. Most of us come from the surrounding villages. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person. We just focus on the production side of things. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings by the end of the day. We clean it up and start over the next morning. It can get pretty loud when all the machines are running at once, but that’s just the sound of work being done. We handle different kinds of industrial orders. Sometimes things break and we have to fix the machines before we can finish the work. That’s just part of the job. We don't promise anything we can’t do. We just tell people when it will be ready and try to stick to that. It’s a simple life, working here in the industrial area.
