National Computers

Our shop is at 165 Bariye Arcot Road. It is a busy place because Arcot Road always has something going on. We have been here for a long time, selling computers and helping people with their tech problems. The shelves are packed with everything from cables and mice to new laptops and monitors. It is a bit of a squeeze when more than a few people are in the shop at the same time. We don't have a polished showroom, it's more like a working store where you can see the boxes and the repair bench right there. We spend a lot of time talking to customers about what they actually need versus what they think they need. Sometimes we are fixing a printer in the back while trying to answer questions at the front counter. It’s just how it goes when you run a small local business. We’ve seen a lot of different computer models come and go over the years. Some days are just constant repairs, and other days we are just selling small accessories. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just tell people what we have in stock and what we can do to help them. It is a simple setup, and we like being part of the community on Arcot Road. We just keep things moving and try to deal with whatever hardware issues walk through the door as they come.
