URD INFRAVENTURES INDIA LLP

We are located on Kagithapattarai Street in Vellore, at number 94. It’s a local business through and through. We focus on infraventures, which mostly involves us working on land development and small-scale construction projects in and around the city. Our office is just a plain room with a few desks and some filing cabinets. We don't see the point in having a fancy setup when we spend most of our time out in the field anyway. The heat in Vellore can be quite intense, so our crews are usually out there at the crack of dawn. We deal with everything from digging trenches to pouring concrete slabs. It’s a lot of physical labor, and we have a good group of guys who have been with us for a long time. We don't use any complicated marketing jargon. We just tell people what we can do and give them a fair price for it. Sometimes we have to wait on permits or materials, which can be frustrating, but that’s just how the industry works here. We like to keep things simple and honest. If someone has a question, they usually just stop by the office for a chat. We aren't trying to change the world, we are just trying to build things that last and keep our workers employed. It’s a modest living, and we’re quite happy with the way things are going for us. The daily grind is enough to keep us satisfied.
