Tilo Dasaya Pharmacy Private Limited is based out of Machuvadi. Our actual address is No.488/2, right on Ramchandrapuram Agraharam First Street. It’s a bit of a long name for a street, but it’s a good location for us. The shop stays fairly busy because of the residential houses all around. I usually spend my mornings checking the stock levels and seeing what we need to order for the next day. It’s a lot of standing and moving around, which keeps us on our toes. The street outside can be narrow, so parking is sometimes a bit of a challenge for the delivery trucks. We try to keep the inside of the pharmacy organized, but when several people come in at once, it can get a bit cluttered for a moment. We’ve got the standard shelves and a small counter where we handle everything. It’s not a polished corporate environment. You’ll see some boxes in the corner and maybe a half-finished cup of coffee on the desk. That’s just the reality of running a small pharmacy in Machuvadi. We know a lot of the faces that walk through the door, which makes the day go by faster. We don't spend money on fancy signs or ads. We just focus on being there at No.488/2 when people need to pick something up. It’s basic, honest work and we don’t mind the long hours much. We keep it open as long as there is work to do in the evenings.
