We’ve been over here on Subramania Swamy Koil Street in Kosapet for a while now. Most people know the area because of the temple nearby. It gets pretty busy on certain days, but we manage. Our building at number 50 isn't anything fancy, just a regular spot where we get our daily work done. Usually, the morning starts with checking what came in the day before and making sure everything is where it belongs. It’s mostly just us handling the paperwork and the boxes. Sometimes the heat in Chennai gets to be a bit much, especially in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going and just keep moving. People walk by all the time on their way to the market or the temple. We aren't a big operation with hundreds of people. It’s just a small team here at Patls Pharma trying to keep things organized and making sure our deliveries go out when they should. Some days are slower than others. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just looking at spreadsheets. It isn't very exciting stuff, but it's what we do. The street outside is narrow, so parking is always a headache for anyone visiting. We just tell people to find a spot wherever they can. We’ve stayed in Kosapet because it’s familiar and we know the people around here. It feels like a real neighborhood, not like those big glass office parks you see in other parts of the city. We're just here doing our bit.
