Sri Ram Foods

Down in Central Goundanur, specifically at 4/106, is where you’ll find us. We are in Chinnakuppam, which is a quiet enough place most of the year. Sri Ram Foods isn't a massive factory or anything; it’s just a place where we prepare food items. We have been here for a long time, and the building shows its age a little bit, but it’s sturdy. Most of our days are spent in the back, working with our hands and making sure everything is packed up correctly. The air around here is fresh, and you can hear the birds in the morning before the work day starts. We don't have a big corporate office or people in suits. It’s just us in our regular clothes, doing the work that needs doing. Sometimes the delivery truck gets stuck on the narrow road leading up to the shop, and we all have to go out and help the driver. It’s those kinds of little things that make up our day. We know the families living nearby and they often stop to chat over the fence. We don’t use any complicated systems, just pen and paper to keep track of what we make. It feels like the right way to do things in a place like Chinnakuppam. We keep the place tidy and just focus on the task at hand without overthinking it much.
