You can find us over at No:9 on the 3rd West Cross Road in Gandhinagar, Vellore. Our focus here at Foods & Nutrition is basically helping people figure out what they should be eating to feel a bit better. We aren't a big hospital or anything like that; it is a more personal setup in a quiet part of the neighborhood. A lot of our time is spent talking to people about their diets and explaining the simple things they can change in their daily meals. Vellore is a place where people really appreciate good food, but sometimes it is hard to know what is actually healthy. We look at different ingredients and help put together plans that make sense for a regular person's life. The office is straightforward, with some charts on the wall and a desk where we sit and chat. We don't use a lot of complicated medical jargon because most people just want to know what to buy at the market. It is rewarding to see someone come back after a few weeks feeling more energetic just because they changed a few habits. We have been here in Gandhinagar-632006 for a while and have gotten to know many of the local families. It is just about providing some practical advice on nutrition without making it sound too difficult. We just take it one person at a time and focus on real food.
