Down here in Arcot, on the Vellore Main Road, you’ll find us at PRKAY Construction Private Limited. The office is over in Anna Nagar 3, near TS No. 3/8, and it’s a spot where things are usually moving pretty fast. Jayaraman is the one running things here and we handle the construction side of stuff around this part of Vellore. Arcot can get really hot in the summer so we usually start our days before the sun gets too high. We have a lot of history in this area and most people know where we are located. The office has a lot of dust from the road but that's just part of being in construction. We deal with all sorts of building projects and the trucks are always coming and going. It’s a practical business. We don't spend money on fancy decorations, we just focus on getting the bricks and mortar where they need to go. Sometimes the supply chains get messed up and we have to scramble to find what we need, but we usually figure it out. We talk to the laborers every morning and make sure they know the plan for the day. It’s a lot of physical work and managing different personalities on the job site. We keep our records in a few old cabinets and try to keep things simple. Most days you'll find someone in the office who can help with paperwork. It's a simple place to do business.
