B1B2 Developers Llp is situated in Gandhi Nagar, Vellore. We have a space on the first floor at No 3/1 on the 12th East Cross Road. It’s a pretty standard office setup. We don't have fancy lights or leather chairs. We have some wooden desks, some old computers, and a lot of paper. Being developers in Vellore means we are always looking at how the town is changing. We spend a lot of time at the site and then come back here to handle the legal side of things. It’s a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything. One minute you might be filing a permit and the next you’re talking to a plumber. We don’t have a polished mission statement or anything promotional to say. We just show up and do the work that’s required for our projects. The 12th East Cross Road is a decent place to be, and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners around here. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or shiny brochures. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. Some days the work is boring and some days it’s chaotic, but that is just the nature of development. We keep at it because it’s what we do for a living. The ceiling fan in the office makes a bit of a clicking sound, but we don't mind it much.
