Vellore Agro Tech's has its main office at No. 38/210 on Arcot Road. We are right opposite the Daily Thanthi building, which makes us pretty easy to find if you are driving down that way. We've been on Arcot Road for a long time now. The office is always a bit cluttered with papers and samples of things we are working on. Because we are across from a newspaper office, there is always something happening on the street. It is a noisy part of Vellore but we like the energy. We focus on agricultural technology and helping out the local farming community with whatever they need. We aren't a corporate giant, just a local business with a few dedicated staff members. Sometimes the traffic on Arcot Road makes it hard for people to park, so we end up talking to them through the window or meeting them on the sidewalk. We do a lot of our business face-to-face because that is how we prefer it. The building is old and the paint is peeling in a few spots, but it works for us. We don't need a lot of flashy things to do our jobs. Just a desk, a phone, and some knowledge about agro-tech. We are usually there from morning until the sun goes down, just handling the day-to-day tasks that come our way at 38/210. It’s just how we run things here in Vellore.
