Cipla Pharmcacetical

Our office is situated at F 5, Salkar Essen Apartments in Adarsh Nagar. We are right on Airport Road in Chicahim, Vasco Da Gama. Being so close to the airport means we hear the planes coming and going all day, which you just get used to after a week. It’s a residential apartment building, so the vibe is very much like a home that turned into a workspace. We are Cipla Pharmcacetical here, though we just think of ourselves as the team in Vasco. The office is a bit cramped because we have so many files and boxes of samples taking up the corners. We have a small balcony where we sometimes take our breaks just to see the sun for a minute. The humidity in Goa can be a bit much, so the AC is usually struggling to keep up. We aren't a big corporate headquarters with glass elevators. It’s just a few rooms with old desks and some mismatched chairs. Most of our day is spent coordinating shipping and handling the paperwork that comes with the pharma industry. We try to keep things moving smoothly, even when the rain is pouring down outside and making the roads a mess. It’s a straightforward job in a straightforward place. We just focus on the lists and the logistics, making sure everything is where it should be by the end of the shift. We just try to stay busy.
