Yudo Hot Runner India Pvt Ltd is based at A/113&114 in the Evershine Industrial Estate. We’re right by Waliv Road, near the Chinchpada Junction. It’s a busy industrial zone and there’s always something going on. We have two units side by side, which gives us enough room for our equipment and the team. It’s an industrial estate, so it’s not exactly pretty, but it’s functional. We spend our days working on parts and talking to clients. We don't have a fancy reception area with flowers. You just walk into the main floor and find someone. Most of us have been working in this field for a long time. We know the technical details and we don't feel the need to use big marketing words. We just do the work. The junction outside can get quite jammed with trucks and tempos. It’s part of the life here. We’ve got a small break room where we have our lunch. It’s nothing special, just a table and some chairs. We talk about the cricket or the news while we eat. Then it’s back to work. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy. The boss is usually out on the floor with everyone else. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We’ve been here long enough that we’re part of the furniture. We just keep things moving and focus on the tasks at hand every single day without any drama or complications.
