Skanem Interlabels is located in Nandan Estate in Vasai East. We are at Survey Number 59 in Maljipada, right across the road from Krishna Resorts. Being on the Western Express Highway makes it easy for the big trucks to get in and out of the estate. We print labels for all kinds of products here. The machines we use are quite large and they make a lot of noise throughout the day. It’s a big space but it’s always filled up with heavy rolls of material and finished boxes ready for shipping. There’s a constant smell of ink and glue in the air that you eventually stop noticing. We have a lot of people working here across different shifts. It can get pretty busy and chaotic, especially when there are big orders to get out on time. We have a small area in the back where we take our breaks and have some tea. It’s a good chance to step away from the noise of the machines for a few minutes. We don’t have a fancy corporate office or a polished lobby. Everything here is focused on the production floor. The walls are plain and the lighting is just standard industrial lights that hum a little. We spend our time checking the printers and making sure the labels come out looking right. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we’ve been doing it for a long time now. We just focus on keeping the production line moving every day.
