We’re located over in Vasai East, specifically in the Neminath Industrial Estate. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the city, but it’s where we’ve set up our units, number 1 and 6. Navghar is a busy place with a lot of small factories and workshops just like ours. We spend most of our time staring at screens or fiddling with hardware. It’s not the most glamorous spot, but the estate is decent enough. We’ve got a mix of people working here, some who’ve been with us since we started and some newer faces. The units are usually packed with equipment, and there’s always a bit of a mess of cables somewhere. We don't really do the whole polished office thing. It’s more about getting the tech to work right. The commute to Vasai can be tough during the monsoon when the roads get a bit flooded, but we still show up. We have our coffee breaks together and talk about whatever project is giving us a headache that day. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have work that needs doing. Being in Neminath Estate No. 4 means we’re surrounded by other people just trying to build things, which feels right for us.
