We operate out of Galas 10 and 11 in the Neminath Industrial Estate No: 04. This is over in Navghar, Vasai East. The estate is a huge complex of different units, and it can be a bit like a maze if you don’t know your way around. We’ve got two of these units joined together to give us enough room for our equipment and the materials we store. It gets pretty humid here, being in Vasai, so the air is often thick, especially during the summer months. We start our day pretty early to get things moving before the heat gets too bad. The "gala" style units are practical but they don’t offer much in the way of luxury. We’ve got a small area partitioned off for the paperwork and a computer, but the rest is all industrial space. There’s always someone coming by to deliver parts or pick something up, so the door stays open most of the day. We’ve been in this estate for a few years now and know the security guards and the other business owners on our floor. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We don’t have any slick presentations to show people. We just show them the work we’ve already finished. It’s a lot of physical labor and keeping an eye on the details. When the day ends, we lock up the shutters and join the crowd heading back toward the station.
