We are a local developer through and through. Karchhana is a bit away from the main city noise, which we actually like. It gives us a bit of room to breathe and focus on our projects without too much distraction. We don't have a flashy office or a team of people in suits. We are usually out in the fields or at a building site dressed in work clothes. Most of our staff grew up around here, so we know the land and the local weather patterns quite well. It helps when you’re trying to figure out when to start a new phase of construction. We handle everything from the initial planning to the final brick. It’s hard work, and sometimes the machinery breaks down or the labor doesn't show up, but we just keep pushing forward. We aren’t interested in sounding like a big corporate firm. We are just people from Chanaini trying to do a good job with the land we have. It’s a steady life and we’ve built our reputation by being present at the sites every single day. We don’t overpromise; we just show up and do the work that’s in front of us.
