Swarnim Land Developer India Ltd. is located on the 1st Floor of the Uday Complex, specifically at S-14/81 A-5 in Maldahiya. Being on the first floor is actually quite handy because we don’t have to wait for the elevator most of the time, we just take the stairs. Maldahiya is a busy area, so there is always something going on right outside the doors of the complex. The office itself is a mix of old folders and newer equipment. We have a few big tables where we spread out our maps and documents when we are trying to figure things out. It can get a bit noisy in the hallway during the middle of the day when people are moving between the different offices in the complex, but inside our space, we try to keep things moving along. There is a small window that doesn't give much of a view, mostly just the side of the next building, but it lets in enough light so it doesn't feel cramped. We have a few staff members who have been here since the start, and we all know where everything is kept, even if the filing system looks a bit messy to anyone else. It’s just a regular working office where we deal with the land business day in and day out. We don’t have fancy rugs or expensive art, just the stuff we need to do our jobs.
