We have a small staff and we all know each other’s business. It’s a bit cramped when it gets busy, especially on Monday mornings. We keep our records in big folders and the desks are usually covered in papers. It’s an honest way to work. We don't put on any acts. People come here because they know where we are and they know we've been in Gilat Bazar for a long time. It is a bit dusty sometimes, but that is just Varanasi for you.
