Synergy Fabrikraft Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away in the Nichi Bagh area, specifically at Ck 58/12 in Katra Narayan Das. If you know Varanasi, you know these lanes can be a bit of a maze. Our place is right in the thick of it. We work with fabrics and various materials, which is pretty common for this part of the city. The building is old, like most things around here, but it serves its purpose. We spend our hours surrounded by stacks of cloth and the smell of the market outside. It’s not a quiet place. There is always someone shouting, a bell ringing, or the sound of carts moving through the narrow streets. We don't have a polished front desk or a waiting room with magazines. Usually, if you come by, you’ll just see us working among the piles of fabric. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the neighbors all know us. It’s a very traditional way of doing business, face to face and hand to hand. We don't use much fancy technology, just the basics to keep track of what’s coming in and going out. It’s a lot of manual work and long hours, but it’s a living. We’re just a small part of the fabric trade here in Katra Narayan Das, trying to keep things moving day by day.
