Our place is located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, with the postal code 221112. We’ve been operating here for about two years now as part of the production department for Escorts Ltd. It’s been a bit of a learning curve, getting everything set up and running smoothly, but we’re hitting our stride now. Varanasi is a city with so much history, but out here in the production area, things are more about the future and making things. Two years might not seem like a long time compared to some old businesses, but we’ve put in a lot of hours here already. The building is functional and serves its purpose. We spend most of our time on the floor or in the small back office checking the numbers. It’s a practical setup. Most of the guys live nearby, so there’s a real local feel to the shift work. We’re just a bunch of regular people making sure the production targets are met without any unnecessary drama. That’s how we like it.
