Spanhaus Design & Construction Private Limited is located over in Purbasahi. The address we use is S 26/294 KA 5 Meera. It’s a bit of a specific spot to find if you aren't familiar with the area, but we’ve been here for a while now. We focus on both the designing part and the actual building part. It’s a lot of work to juggle, but we enjoy the challenge of seeing a drawing turn into a real structure. Our team isn't massive. We are just local folks who have an eye for how buildings should look and function. We don't go for the high-pressure sales tactics you see in the bigger cities. We prefer to just show people what we can do. The office is usually cluttered with sketches and material samples. It’s a working space, not a showroom. We take our time with the details because that is what matters in design. Purbasahi is a good place for us to keep our roots. We don't have a fancy lobby with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door is the one who says hello. It’s an informal way of doing things, but it works for us and our clients seem to like the honesty. We are just trying to make things that look decent and stay standing for a long time. It’s a simple life, mostly spent between the drafting table and the construction site.
