Small Wonders

Small Wonders is right here in Badshah Bag, Maldahiya, along the Sigra Road in Varanasi. People around 221010 probably know the area well. It's a busy spot, but we've been here for a bit now. We spend most of our days getting things ready for the kids and making sure everything is in its place. The building isn't fancy, but it does what it needs to do. Most of the staff live nearby, so we walk or take a rickshaw in. Usually, the mornings are the loudest time because that's when everyone shows up at once. We don't have a giant office or anything like that. Just a few rooms where we get the work done. If you're walking down Sigra Road, you'll see our sign near the gate. It gets pretty dusty out there with all the traffic, but inside we try to keep it tidy. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just how things go around here, but we manage. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just doing our part for the families that come by. It’s a lot of small tasks that add up by the end of the day. We’ve got a routine down now. Some days are busier than others, especially when there’s a local festival. We just keep things moving and try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door.
