Our office is on the first floor over in Shastri Nagar, Sigra. If you’re in Varanasi, you probably know the area. It’s L-5/16. We’ve been working out of this space for a bit. It’s an infra company, so we’re usually thinking about building and development. The office is often a bit messy with blueprints and notes. That’s just how we work. We aren't some polished firm from a big city. We’re right here in Sigra. We deal with the local problems like anyone else. Power cuts, traffic, you name it. We focus on getting things built. Sometimes it’s a slow process. Dealing with the paperwork in Uttar Pradesh takes patience. We’ve learned that over the years. Our team is small but we know what we’re doing. We don't talk much about "visions" or "excellence." We just talk about bricks, cement, and deadlines. It’s more honest that way. People stop by sometimes to ask about projects we’re doing. We try to give them straight answers. If something is going to take six months, we tell them six months. No point in making things sound better than they are. We’re just a bunch of people working in construction. We like what we do, even when it’s tough. You can find us upstairs in Shastri Nagar most weekdays. We are usually there till late evening making sure everything is sorted for the next morning’s work on the sites.
