So, we are over here at Plot No-2 in Chandan Nagar Panchkoshi, right in the Karoundi area. It’s a busy spot sometimes with people coming in to ask about land and property stuff. Shri Kashi Vishwanath Realtors Private Limited is just a small team of us working out of this office. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and looking over site maps or finishing up paperwork that seems to never end. It’s not fancy here, just a regular office with some chairs and a desk where we handle the day-to-day business of real estate. People from the neighborhood drop by quite a bit just to see what’s available or to talk about prices in the local area. We’ve been around this part of Karoundi for a while now, so we know the roads and the plots pretty well. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It is a simple way of working, honestly. We don't have big flashy signs or anything like that. We just focus on the deals that come our way and try to keep things moving. Dealing with real estate around here involves a lot of walking around and checking boundaries. It gets hot in the summer, but that is just part of the job. We keep the files organized as best as we can in the cupboards. It is just us doing our thing every day.
