Shreshth Hindustan Buildtech is located over at D-65/514 in the Lahartara area. If you’ve been around this part of town, you know it’s a busy spot with a lot of movement and constant noise. We’ve been operating out of this small office for some time, focusing on buildtech and construction projects that come our way. It’s a modest place, not much more than a couple of rooms where we keep our records and meet with the crew in the mornings. Lahartara can be a bit chaotic with the traffic and the crowds, but it’s where we’ve established ourselves and people know where to find us. We don't spend a lot on advertising or making the office look pretty; we just stick to the work we know how to do. Most days involve coordinating with suppliers and making sure the labor is on site when they need to be, which is harder than it sounds. It’s a lot of juggling different tasks and dealing with unexpected delays. We don't have a big corporate structure, so if there’s a problem, you usually just talk to one of us directly instead of being passed around. The office is usually a bit messy with paper and samples of tiles or bricks, but that’s just how a construction office looks when things are actually happening. We take pride in just getting through the day’s work without too much fuss or drama. It’s a basic, local business and we’re fine with that. We know the streets around here well and we just keep doing what we do every day.
