Our office is at House Number 374, which is called Sundari Sadan. It is located in Chhittupur, near the BHU area. It is more of a traditional house than a big glass office building, which we like because it feels more comfortable. Shivakashi Homes is basically just us helping people with their housing needs. We have been around this part of town for quite some time. The neighborhood is pretty quiet most of the time, except when there are a lot of students around from the university. We started this company because we saw how much people needed help navigating the whole home process. It is not always simple, and we try to just explain things in plain English. We are not some big corporate firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us at the house. We keep all our files organized and try to answer the phone whenever it rings. Sometimes we are out on sites and the office is empty for an hour or two. We have lived in this area for years, so we know the streets and the people well. Sundari Sadan has been in the family, so it made sense to work from here. It is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We just want to make sure people get what they need without too much fuss. It is a simple life and we enjoy the work we do here in Chhittupur. (252 words)
