Sarin Builders Private Limited is located at Plot No. 13 in Shivpuri Colony. We’re right in the Nagwa area of Lanka. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. We spend most of our time looking at blueprints or being out on a site somewhere nearby. Being a builder means you’re always dealing with something new every day. One day it’s a foundation and the next it’s finishing up a roof. We don’t really go for all those flashy advertisements you see on the main roads. We just focus on getting the job done at Plot 13 and making sure things stand up straight. Shivpuri Colony is a nice place to be based out of. People know us around here because we’ve been working in the Lanka area for quite some time. It’s not always easy work, and sometimes things take longer than we’d like because of the rain or getting materials delivered on time, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We keep our office simple and honest. We’re not trying to be the biggest company in the world, just a reliable one for the folks who live around here. If you’re passing through Nagwa, you can find us at our plot. We usually have someone there to talk to. We like the hands-on part of building things from the ground up. It’s what we’ve always done and what we plan to keep doing in the future.
