Roma Jeet Builders & Developers Private Limited is over in Lahartara, Varanasi. Our address is D65/145 and it’s a place we’ve been for a while. Varanasi is an old city and building here comes with its own set of challenges. The streets are tight and getting materials to the site can be a real struggle sometimes. We focus on building and developing properties for people around here. It’s a lot of hands-on work. We don’t sit in an air-conditioned office all day. Most of our time is spent at the sites, making sure the brickwork is solid and the workers have what they need. We aren’t trying to change the world or anything like that. We just want to build houses that stay standing and look decent. There is always a lot of noise in Lahartara, so we are used to shouting over the traffic to get ourselves heard. We keep our paperwork in order and try to stay on the right side of the local rules. It’s a small family-style setup we have here. We don't have a marketing department telling us what to say. We just tell people the price and the timeline and then we get to work. It’s been a busy few years and we hope to keep it that way as long as there is building work to be done.
