We’re over at J-12/19-C in Jagatganj, right in the heart of Varanasi. Rjks Infraventures Private Limited is a small operation. We focus on local infrastructure and development stuff around here. Being in Vns means things are always crowded and moving fast. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet up before heading out to sites. We do a lot of the ground-level work that people don't really think about until it's finished. It’s usually hot, and the narrow streets make getting equipment around a real challenge. We’ve had to learn how to navigate that over the years. We aren't some big city firm with a thousand employees. It’s just us and a few reliable crews we’ve known for a long time. We don't promise anything revolutionary. We just look at the plans and try to make them happen on the ground. Sometimes the supply chain for steel or stone gets messy, which is frustrating, but we deal with it as it comes. Jagatganj is a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us. We don't do much marketing because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. We just want to keep working and help build things that the city actually needs. It’s hard work, but we like seeing a project finally come together after months of digging.
