Realisity Developers Llp is based at C 33/289 A in Chandua, which is part of Chhitupur, Sigra. We’ve been operating from this location for a while. It’s a decent spot for a development office. We handle various real estate and construction projects around the city. We aren't a huge corporation with a lot of layers. If you come to our office, you’ll probably just see us working at our desks or talking on the phone with suppliers. We try to keep things grounded. Developing property is a lot of work and involves a lot of people, so we spend most of our time coordinating. It’s not always a smooth process. There are always surprises when you start digging or renovating. We just take them as they come. We aren't big on making promises we can't keep. We'd rather just show you the work when it’s finished. Our team at Chandua is small but we’ve been together for a long time. We know the Sigra area really well. Most of our day is spent making sure the guys on the site have what they need. It’s a lot of logistical work. We aren't looking to change the world, just to build some decent spaces for people to use. It’s a straightforward business and we try to run it that way. No fluff, just the work. If we finish a project and everyone is okay with it, then we’ve done our job. We don't have many employees here.
