Our company is called Ratnpria Builders And Developers Private Limited and we are located in the Cholapur area of Varanasi. More specifically, we are over in Goppur Saraiya No 1. It’s a local operation, and we’ve been part of this community for some time now. Building houses and developing land in Varanasi is quite a task because the city has so much history and the terrain can be tricky. We aren't a big, polished company with a lot of departments. We are just local folks who know how to get a building up. We spend most of our days at the sites, making sure things are moving along as they should. There is always some kind of problem to fix, whether it's a delivery being late or a change in the plans. We don't use any fancy business jargon here. We just talk plain English and focus on the work at hand. People in Goppur know where to find us if they need something. We handle all kinds of construction tasks, from small houses to larger development plots. It takes a lot of grit to keep things moving when the weather gets bad or materials get expensive. We don’t have a big mission statement or any of that. We just want to finish the work we started and make sure it’s done right. That is how we have always done things here in the area.
