We work out of Nashi Nagar Panchayat in Zafrabad. This is in the Tehsil Sadar area. It is a very local setting. Our company, Purvanchal Medicals Private Limited, is just a few of us doing the daily work. We don't have a big corporate headquarters. Instead, we have a functional building that serves as our warehouse and office space. The environment in Zafrabad is quite grounded. We see the same neighbors every day. Most of our work is about managing the distribution of medical supplies. It involves a lot of record-keeping and phone coordination. We have a few computers, but we still rely a lot on our paper ledgers because it feels more reliable sometimes. The office can get a bit hot during the peak of summer, but we just keep the doors open for a breeze. We aren't here to make any grand claims about what we do. We just do the tasks that are in front of us. We know the names of the delivery drivers who come by, and we usually have some water or tea ready for them. It’s about building those small connections. We’ve been part of this panchayat for a while and we are settled here. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business without any of the corporate fluff you see in the bigger cities. We just keep our heads down and work through the orders as they come in.
