Pitambara Prime City Private Limited is tucked away on the ground floor at Arazi No. 228, Plot No. 28. We are out in Newari, which is under the Ramaipur post. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city hub, but we like the space we have here. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just wander in without having to deal with stairs or elevators. We focus on city development, even though we are currently surrounded by a bit more green than concrete. Our desks are usually covered in site plans and old newspapers. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. The air is a bit clearer out here in Newari than it is in the center of town. We spend a lot of our time talking to people about land and how the city is going to expand this way eventually. It’s a slow process, but we aren't in any huge rush. We drink a lot of chai and wait for the documents to get processed. There’s a ceiling fan that wobbles a bit, but it keeps the air moving. We don't bother with fancy brochures or marketing talk. We just show people what’s available and explain the ground reality of the plots. It’s a quiet way to run a business, just staying grounded and doing the work that needs doing every day for our small operation.
