Parlance Engineering And Construction is based out of Tola- Sundarpur in Panch-Ranipur. You can find us at the place of Shiv Kumar Jha, house number 24 in the village of Sundarpur. It is a quiet area and being in a village means we know almost everyone who walks by. We aren't a big city firm with suits and expensive cars. We are usually in our work boots and covered in a bit of dirt. Engineering in a place like this means you have to be practical and use what you have. We spend a lot of time figuring out how to get materials down the narrow village lanes without getting stuck. It is a slow process sometimes. Shiv Kumar Jha’s place is where we meet in the mornings to talk about what needs to be done for the day. We have some basic tools and a few machines that we use for our construction projects. Life here moves at its own pace and we try to work with that instead of fighting it. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out or work by hand. It isn't always easy but it is what we know. We have been doing this for a while now and we just take one job at a time. It’s just honest work in a place we call home.
