Pact Education

Our place is in the Fpi Building over in Sigra. It’s quite close to Life Care Hospital, so most people use that as a landmark when they’re trying to find us for the first time. Varanasi can be a maze, but this part of Sigra is pretty well known. At Pact Education, the rooms are simple. We’ve got some desks that have seen better days and a lot of textbooks lying around. It’s not a corporate office, just a workspace where people come to get things done. Most days, the air is a bit thick with the humidity, but we keep the windows open when we can. You can hear the hospital sirens occasionally. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs to get here. We usually have a pot of tea going in the back room for the staff. It’s a small team here, just a few of us making sure the schedules are right. The walls are painted a plain off-white color that’s starting to peel a little at the edges. We don’t mind it much. The focus is always on the students who come in with their bags full of notes. Sometimes they stay late, and we have to remind them it’s time to close up. It’s just a regular part of life here in the 221010 area. No frills, just a place for education and getting through the daily lessons.
