Oxycon Land Developers Private Limited is located at House No. 16, Lane No. 6 in the Vivekanand Puram Colony. If you know the Chitaipur area in Varanasi, you probably know where we are. It is just a regular house turned into an office, nothing too fancy or polished. Most of the time, the place is filled with blueprints and old files piled up on the desks because we do a lot of land work around here. We don’t have a big team of people in suits. Usually, it is just a couple of us sitting around, drinking tea, and talking about the latest plots we are looking at. Varanasi is a busy city and the traffic near Lane 6 can be a real headache sometimes, especially in the evenings. We like it here though because the neighbors are friendly and it feels like a real part of the community. We spend our days dealing with paperwork and visiting sites in the heat. It is not always easy work and things can get a bit messy with all the regulations we have to follow, but we keep at it. People just drop by when they need to talk about land, and we try to give them a straight answer without any of that corporate talk. It is a simple operation and we are just trying to get things done right here in Chitaipur. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and know the lane well.
